Abstract

By ultrasonic research sonografic signs are certain in anorm and at different pathologies of prostate for dogs. It is sett hat this research allows to educe the degree of pathological changes in a gland and state of her parenchima. In a norm a prostate has homo-ehogenic parenchyma and visualized as rounded formation with evenclear limits, has homo-ehogenic grainy echography structure, local accumulations of mucus and secret. For peripheries ofgland there is a thin capsule. The size of prostate changes with age. During hiperplasy a prostate gland has dense a ehostructure, unequal contour, appear localor diffuse changes. On occasion during hiperplasy of prostate gland a jumboizing, change, was marked in astructure, including asymmetric character, destruction of capsule. A structure changed washe hetero-ehogenic or homo-ehogenic. During inflammation of prostate gland results of ultrasonic research are almost identical with changes during hiperplasy of prostate butmore expressed. For inflammation of prostate gland it is observed increase of her sizes, more substantial change ofher form. The degree of these changes depends on the degree of inflammatory process. During sharp inflammation of prostate gland there is a moderate jumboizing of gland with the decline of ehogenic parenchyma and with maintenance of her homogeneity. At chronic inflammation of prostate gland of hetero-ehogenic parenchima rises. Cysts of prostate exceed the sizes of prostate gland and visualized as limit structures with smooth walls. Abscesses have a typical echography structure of cystophorous structure with a thickwall and liquid hetero-ehogenic content. Morbidity of dogs on inflammation of prostate gland depends on reproductive status, more frequent disease registers oneself for dogs not used inbreeding. Inflammation of prostate gland registers oneself only for the not emasculated animals. Illness more often registers oneself for a dog is a mongrel dogs and German shepherds. As a rule inflammation of prostate gland dogs are ill in age 10 from 7 to. It is not educed this pathology for animals in age from 1 3 to. It is set that sharp and chronic inflammation of prostate gland for dogs it follows to treat complex with plugging in the charts of therapy of Prostatylen. A holiatry removes an inflammatory process, pain feeling and normalizes functional ability of the urogenital system. It is recommended for all dogs of older than 4 during a clinical inspection to conduct rectal research of prostate and ultrasonic research of gland that is informing enough as for diagnostics so for determination of strategy of treatment
